Director of Sales & Brand Development

Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Sales & Brand Development Associate to grow our client portfolio, drive revenue, and strengthen our presence in the luxury fashion market. This role blends luxury sales, personal shopping, fashion brand representation, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong network or the ability to cultivate one, thrives in high-touch client experiences, and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, stylists, and industry insiders

• Drive direct-to-client sales through outreach, appointments, and events

• Represent the brand at fashion pop-ups, trunk shows, and luxury retail activations

• Collaborate on social media content creation, brand campaigns, and digital storytelling

• Assist in organizing fashion events, photo shoots, and showroom presentations

Track client interactions, sales performance, and brand engagement metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Sales-driven mindset with proven experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or client development

• Passion for designer womenswear, luxury styling, and fashion trends

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable in both retail and event settings

Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment and meet ambitious sales goals
